Refund and Returns Policy

At Paperrite, we take great care in packaging and delivering your stationery items safely. Since we sell products that are intended for personal and utility use, we follow a strict return policy.

We only accept returns if the product you received is damaged or defective at the time of delivery.

βœ” Returns are accepted only for damaged products
βœ” Customer must report the issue within 7 days of delivery
βœ” Proof of damage is required (clear photo/video)
βœ” Product must be unused, in original packaging, with all contents intact


❌ No Returns For

We do NOT accept returns or exchanges for the following:

🚫 Change of mind
🚫 Wrong product ordered by customer
🚫 Incorrect size, color, or variant chosen
🚫 Product no longer needed
🚫 Normal wear & tear or user damage

Only damaged-on-arrival products qualify for return.

To initiate a return for a damaged product:

  1. Email us at info@paperrite.com within 7 days of delivery

  2. Attach unboxing video or clear photos of the damage

  3. Include your order number & contact details

Our team will verify the request and respond with further instructions.


πŸ”„ Replacement / Refund

Once approved, we will either:

βœ” Send a replacement item (based on availability),
OR
βœ” Issue a refund to your original payment method

Refunds typically take 5–7 business days after approval.


🚚 Wrong or Missing Items

If your package is missing items or contains the wrong product, notify us within 7 days with proof. The same return process applies.


⚠ Important Notes

  • Returns submitted after 7 days will not be accepted

  • Refunds/replacements are processed only after verification

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error is from our side

  • Return requests without proof of damage will be declined
