At Paperrite, we take great care in packaging and delivering your stationery items safely. Since we sell products that are intended for personal and utility use, we follow a strict return policy.
π¦ Return Eligibility
We only accept returns if the product you received is damaged or defective at the time of delivery.
β Returns are accepted only for damaged products
β Customer must report the issue within 7 days of delivery
β Proof of damage is required (clear photo/video)
β Product must be unused, in original packaging, with all contents intact
β No Returns For
We do NOT accept returns or exchanges for the following:

π« Wrong product ordered by customer
π« Incorrect size, color, or variant chosen
π« Product no longer needed
π« Normal wear & tear or user damage
Only damaged-on-arrival products qualify for return.
π© How to Request a Return
To initiate a return for a damaged product:

Attach unboxing video or clear photos of the damage

Include your order number & contact details
Our team will verify the request and respond with further instructions.
π Replacement / Refund
Once approved, we will either:
β Send a replacement item (based on availability),
OR
β Issue a refund to your original payment method
Refunds typically take 5β7 business days after approval.
π Wrong or Missing Items
If your package is missing items or contains the wrong product, notify us within 7 days with proof. The same return process applies.
